Screen
All candidates undergo an initial screening conversation, in person or via video link to ascertain that their skills and experience are at the required level, alongside their career aspirations.

Candidate onboarding
All new candidates are required to complete an onboarding document confirming their ability to work in NZ, any health considerations and a criminal record declaration.

Longlist
All candidates are put through a skills experience and values matrix to identify the most suitable to take to the next stage, while unsuccessful candidates are notified.

First interview
A full behavioural and values-based interview is then undertaken with the longlisted candidates, where possible face to face. To ascertain not just their technical fit for the role, but that their experience, values and motivations are a fit for your organisation's culture and values.

Shortlisting for you
Having reviewed all applicants we will present the best of these candidates for your consideration, alongside our thoughts on their appropriateness, specific skills and experience of interest. Alongside their motivations to consider a new opportunity and values fit.

Facilitate your process
From diary co-ordination, to writing interview questions, to sitting in on the process, we are here to support your selection process and ensure timely, accurate feedback is delivered at every step, ensuring high candidate engagement in the process.

Our probity process includes 2 verbal reference checks, criminal conviction checks and where necessary education verification and credit checks.
